I thought this book was not only informational, but a fun read. The recipies are easy to follow with fun ingredients. Thank you Mark Ukra for your expertise and your help with weight control. Oh…. and “Coffee Breath” is a thing of the past, which helps during the work day while meeting clients. When will there be Teabucks on every corner?

This book recommends that you drink at least 8 cups of tea per day. If you’re making hot tea, this is really inconvenient, especially if you’re a busy person. I bought some of his teas and I was disappointed -they weren’t as good as I hoped.
