I am not a big heavy woman, i do excersice and eat alot. I try to minimixe my meals. But i get so much cravings for sweets.. And believe me, i try to drink lots of water, apples, or bannanas, but i still want to munch on food. I need a pill to reduce my appetite. I am a mother of three kids, and i am always on my feets. I am 5 "6" and weight 147 pounds. MY ideal weight would be 125pnds..
any suggestions...

I have found that taking 2 of the Fiber Choice Weight Management supplements when I start to feel “munchy” helps A LOT.
Relacore worked really well for me. I lost 20 pounds over about 3 months. That was 4 months ago, and it’s still off. Personally I think that being 5’6″ and weighing 147 is perfect. I don’t think you should weight 125, your 5’6″. 125 is not an appropriate weight, its too thin. And wanting to take a pill to control your appetite is WRONG. Apples, and bananas are high in sugars, it could be a reason why your craving sugars. Try and keep yourself busy, please don’t take pills to try and control your diet, or lose weight. Its not healthy. Whoever tells you that its healthy, the advertisers, friends, whoever, don’t listen to them. Advertisers will say anything to get people to buy their product, they care about the money not the consumer. Truly and honestly I think your weight is perfect for you.
The best medication to suppress your appetite right now on the market is called Bonrtil. It’s not an over the counter medication, you do have to be seen by a doctor for it to be prescribed.

Of all the pills I’ve tried, TrimSpa is best at curbing appetite. Definitely don’t use Hydroxycut, I found myself MORE hungry.. I swear the little suckers ate my food. LOL. Good luck. Sounds like you’re doing good. Also, try looking into the South Beach Diet… it’s not a “fad” diet… Personally, since I’ve read the book I have much more of an understanding on how different foods react in my body and what foods help keep hunger at bay and which ones only make me want to eat more.

I think you can eat much more vegetables that contain a lot of fibre and can make you feel full when you wanna eat more .if need more delicious ,try to cook it ,like soup or other ,but you’d better control calories lower ,less oil ,sugar or cream ..the lower ,the better .If you ‘d like eat tomato ketchup ,I think it is a good choice to make the dish taste nicer .(natural ketchup that doesn’t contain extra sugar ) much more vegetable with fibre in a meal can usually prevent body from absorbing much fat and sugar in food from changing into fat in body .As is known to all,the vegetable usually does not contain too much fat …..so …
in my opinion ,eating some pill will somewhat do harm to body , well, just a little advice ….
Eatting fruit is a good choice ,too ,but banana is said that contain much more calories than some other fruit , so I suggest you’d better eat it less when you wanna eat fruit and control weight …
Perhaps other people will have a better idea …..you can choose an ideal way that especially agrees with yourself .
