hello.(i know this is going to be long, but pls read)

Say i did this and just did Exactly what the video and actually watched it while doing this i wear 28-30s in guy sizes i just have some belly fat id like to use how long do u think it would take me to see results

I’d recommend you to read in to overtraining. I’m certainly no expert, but I’ve heard & read that you should give a muscle group at least one days rest.

I do this exercise (and arms etc) 3 times a week, giving one days rest between each exercise, and one 2-day rest a week.

A study showed that the Bicycle maneuver was the most effective, closely followed by the captain’s chair. So those are worth checking out.

But strong advice: Definitely not the same exercise twice a day. You will overtrain.

You need to change your diet to flatten that stomach out. Trust me, I know what I’m talking about! A flat stomach is only 10% ab routine.
