While this is certainly not a complete guide to the diet, it is a great miniature reference book to have with you throughout the day so you don’t have to carry around the bigger HCG weight loss Cure Guide (of which I also have and use all the time). This book does not tell all about the diet, but has the basic “diet page” out of the Dr.’s manuscript and the nutrition chart out of the HCG weight loss Cure Guide with all the foods and drinks telling you whether or not you can have them in the different phases of the diet. This chart is soo helpful, especially on maintenance. I’d definitely recommend this book to those on the protocol as a little carry around reference, especially during maintenance.

I can’t help but feel that the author, Linda Prinster & her daughter, Tiffany, put this together to capitalize on Linda’s success with her previous 2 books. That might be fine if the price were reasonable but it cost over twice what it should have. It is a meager 46 pages, which would have been fine at $4.95 or $5.95, but $16.77? Come on! And it is just a glorified calorie counter with a few extra pages of morale boosting hyped to the HCG crowd. I do highly recommend the HCG weight loss Cure Guide by Linda Prinster, as there is a lot of valuable information in it. I also liked 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes by Leanne Mennemeier & Linda Prinster because I wasn’t aware of the liquid Stevia flavorings & their varied uses. I am starting day 11 of the diet & these Stevia flavorings with water or tea are a flavorful pick me up addition to the HCG diet–which, by the way, is a very rewarding diet due to the loss of fat instead of muscle.

Over priced and a waste of money. I have the author’s orignal book and thought this might be a good addition to info on HCG. Unfortunately, all this is is a food listing and in what phase the item can be eaten. It’s basically you’re standard calorie counter with an HCG slant.
