Congrats on putting such a positive video on here. We are all different shapes and sizes. Love who you are. Ive been on a health kick lately. Mainly for some health reasons…I ate alot of garbage..maccas coke and ive been exercising nearly everyday and eating healthier. Ive had bad food a few times and i hvent felt good. Your body is a temple. Feed it lovely natural healthy stuff and it will thank you and get moving!! exercise. Just be healthy. So great video

i love this video. girls need to stop dieting and starving themselves and just love who they are. i remember this guy in high school telling a girl, who had been saying how gross and big her love handles were, that he didn’t get why girls obsessed so much. love handles are there for a reason and guys would rather have a curvy girl/woman than a pile of bones.
if you want to lose weight just eat healthier and exercise and thats it. diets never work. never haveand never will
i agree. i hate it wen ppl ask how to get as skinny as me. i’m like. well if you have bigger bones than me its not liike you can shave down ur bones to the size of mine. they can always eat healthier like everyone else and exercise and maintain a healthy weight for their body frame, but seroiuosly thinky about it. you CAN NOT shave down ur bones to the size you want.

Xteener is right except for the mac and cheese. Starving yourself will only make you gain more weight later and you can loose your hair and hair is important lol Drink oolong tea it burns about 125% more fat and boot metabolism. it’s from the same plant as green tea just made slightly different and just eat healthy. and eat through the day to stablize blood sugar so you won’t binge later. it works. I am overjoyed that someone on youtube finally made a blog about this. I hate all of the labels that come with being thin, like being called “anorexic” just because you’re thin. That’s just as bad as being called fat. But I can’t gain weight! I try so hard! Anyway, thanks and keep up the great work~!
