I just found a recipe using them but it involved oven. Google pumpkin seeds. You may need a dehydrator…not sure. I buy mine already good to eat, and if I get the pumpkin itself I’d find a recipe to toast them as a snack.

Definitely cut on dairy, meat and soy consumption. Sugar too. Processed foods…all the stuff you know is bad for you. Intro raw foods. Smoothies are a good way to do it too. Look for smoothies on youtube and you will find a ton.

I get you, I agree. I know what doc tests cost like, even a simple one. All I’m saying is that I’d probably be juicing all day long, but using less ingredients at any single time I made a juice.

Is there a video where Dave tells his story? I’d like to know details…I only saw one where he’s correcting the amount of months it took for him to lose some weight and he mentions protein in kidney, but only briefly. Is there a vid with the full story?

Dave was dying! He drank this juice! He is now alive and healthy! How much is your life worth? This is a healing modality, one that has saved many lives! People spend tens of thousands of dollars on doctors to just die sicker and drugged up! $20 a day to live in radiant health is a small price to pay! IMHO :D

Ok, this is just my opinion. This is overkill, IMO. Too many things. No one can afford to use all of those veggies in organic form, in one juice! I would have used 1/3 of the ingredients, and saved the rest for 2-3 additional days. I also don’t like these juicers b/c it gets rid of all the fiber. I’d rather use 1-2 leafy greens in my blender, along with 2-3 fruits, toasted nuts, and flax and/or hemp seeds. FIBER!

Emunahgal November 10, 2009 at 6:09 PM

If you blended instead of juiced you’d have the fiber too and wouldn’t need to colonix, don’t you think? Just a thought.

Well you look as fit as a fiddle. My GI tract is definitely inflamed. All the best

Cooked food causes IBS! (irritants and stimulants) Trust me on this one! Raw food like fruits and tender herbs and periodic fasting cured me of IBS as well as thousands of others!

MrAmazingHumanist November 10, 2009 at 8:35 PM

EXcellent. Doesn’t it give you wind eating all that raw food? I might try this as a supplement to my cooked food. But I’m not sure it would help my IBS

Hi, yes it’s true the Breville produces less juice, but it is much, much quicker to juice w/ than Green Star Juicers and also the clean up is a heck of a lot easier. Those 2 things right there are huge stumbling blocks for many people. I just want people to JUICE! But, if you know you have the time, money & patience for a Green Star, then there is no doubt they are good juicers (we just added them to the store). Also check out the Hurom juicer in my store, it could be what you are looking for!

Not true!

Yes Kale is a member of the Brassica family its best consumed lightly steamed everyone reacts differently to raw cabbage juice though One man’s meat is another man’s poison.

The Breville Juicer that Dan uses that has a lot of User Reviews on Amazon dt c o m some Users of this Juicer say its loud and Noisy and it has a poor Juice Yield i.e Wetter Pulp compared to the higher priced Green Star Juicer thats supposed to be the best anyone here actually use a Breville thanks?

Forsure3333 November 10, 2009 at 11:23 PM

I’m now at 173. :)

Squirrelletta November 10, 2009 at 11:57 PM

It was said by a prominent raw food/natural hygiene speaker. Not some nobody.

Thus…the actual concern.

I’ll have to do some research of my own. Hummmm

Forsure3333 November 11, 2009 at 12:12 AM

After all, I’m not doing exactly what Dave is doing. I’ve had two big blasses of veggie mix (carott, celery, tomatoe, brocoli, cauliflower) once a day before the main meal. Let me tell you that I don’t have much space left for anything after the veggie mix! I get lots of vitamins and minerals with few calories. Better take in few, but quality calories. I weighted 177 pounds yesterday and weighted 174 this morning.

Forsure3333 November 11, 2009 at 12:30 AM

It sounds like a bad joke on you, Squirretta.

kissiq November 11, 2009 at 1:13 AM

could i mix some fruits with it?
i dunno if i would enjoy so much greens just yet…
