This is a very good diet based on solid principals except the writer has far too many eggs in his diet plan for me. Otherwise, it has very good recipes to try.

This book has set diet menus and recipes instead of what I was looking for, a guide line for how to plan and carry out your own diet preference.

One of the few diets that I have been able to stay with. It allows me my two glasses of wine a day, and enough interesting food to keep me from getting bored. I’ve lost six pounds in a month with little feeling of deprivation.
Some issues… you have to like to cook and spend time planning your meals, there are some hard to find ingredients, and the book would be much better if it included a weekly shopping list.

I absolutely loved this book! And if you love a good recipe to go along with your wine, you will too. This book is full of wonderful recipes that were easy to follow and fun to make. Not to mention healthy and delicious! I love to cook, and my kitchen is already well stocked with the latest cooking gadgets, and my refrigerator full of the fresh ingredients that these recipes call for. However, the biggest bonus is that I lost ten pounds in the first two weeks of following the eating plan. For those who don’t know how to cook or dont like to, I suggest you learn how, just to be able to try out these wonderful dishes. The effort will be worth it.

In reaing the book, I found it to be very interesting. ENough so that my boyfriend read it as well and we decided to give it a try. The recipes were great. However, gathering all the ingredients proved to be very expensive.
