havent had a soda in 5 weeks been trying to drink a gallon of water a day, been doing aerobics for 30 minutes for 4 times a week lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks so far so good im in the 300lbs range wish me luck ppl, this video is very inspirational most of the ppl in here were bigger then me which made me feel “if they can do it, so can i” so thanx for the video its helps to view these once in a while for inspiration im very happy Oh an my diet is two meals a day an vitamin B complex

wow. most people look almost retarded when fat but great afterwards. makes you wonder how much being fat changes peoples perception of you and thus limits your career and social life.

Don’t say you can’t. You can. People seem to perceive losing weight as a form of torture, when in actuality it can be fun. Who said riding your bike around beautiful scenery wasn’t fun? Or swimming? Or running? Or taking a boxing class? You can do it!

there is no such thing as 10 pounds over weight unless its fat. lets say your 200 pounds and your 5’11 if your normal weight for 5’11 is 190 pounds but your 200 pounds of straight muscle and you only have like 9 percent bodyfat then this does not qualify as being overweight because your all muscle (people get this concept confused all the time)

just stop eating what u normaly eat do jumping jacks push ups lift one weight for 2 hdns just exersise walk it that easy

i was 408lbs now im 260lbs seriously i feel way better now and i wont stop till i hit 200 or 180lbs because only fat people would understand what i’m talking about and soon i will upload my vids wish me good luck to finish what i started

once u’ve reach your weight goal, don’t stop exercising (: it’s a great way to stay in shape. plus you can eat whatever you want from then on! just don’t stop working out coz it keeps u in good health and good shape for the rest of your life!
