Thank you so much..I suffer from an overeating disorder for so many years..and kept gaining weight and getting depressed..I feel much better now..I will definately keep this up. it works.

I’m 16 years old and 6 months ago I was three stone overweight, after watching Alan’s videos i found the will power and strength within myself to not only lose weight, but to change my life.
I’ve lost 3 stone 5 pounds and I feel great!
Its all thanks to him.
I just felt I had to share my thanks and let Alan and everyone know he’s not just helping people lose weight, he’s helping people improve their quality of life.
