		<description>I plan on continuing my workouts but cutting it back from 6 days a week to 4 and I&#039;m definitely gonna continue eating healthy. I might add back 200 or 300 calories just to stay balanced out. I&#039;ll have to play around with the workouts and calories for a few weeks just to see exactly what I need in order not to gain or lose weight. Kinda like balancing a see saw.</description>

		<description>gurl i started my 1st video monday! yea!. on a 1500 cal diet have you ever passed out?! in 2006 i lost like 55ibs i did the majority of what you do, but i was on a 2000 calorie diet. I slipped and didn&#039;t get enough calories for the week and one night i went to the bathroom because my stomach was feeling funny. gurl before i could get on the toilet i passed the hell out! had done blocked myself in the bathroom. my husband had to push me out the way with the door.</description>
