hey great vids you got going. I just subscribed to your channel. I have a question where would one go to have their metabolic type determined, then have a detailed lists of the foods best suited for them. Also is this a genetic thing.. will my parents and brothers etc have the same type? Thanks a bunch and keep up the great work. You speak really well I think most people will find you entertaining and enjoyable to sit and listen to. peace.

I eat 5 or 6 small heathly meals a day I drop like 6 lbs of bodyfat on my own in like 1 month and half

eat whatever u like. best way to stay fit is to jump and sway below a hot shower hitting your stomach or back for at leat 700 steps every morning

ight, ectomorph- mad skinny peepz dat is hard to gain weight
mesomorph- like can handle fats and carbs well

endmorph- hard to lose weight, fat

ok the metabolic type is very similar to the blood type diet, same thing. look up both.

k so i eat mostly chicken cesar salas and turkey cold cuts and fruits i just started eating more now with the chicken salad and cold cuts i havent realy been gaining or loosing weight of just stayed the same now i know if you eat the same amount of calories you burn you stay the same but i havent been working out much im starting mucle training with some good supplements just basic creatine and nixtric oxide any pointers on how i should start the routine and food to work with eachother???

nooooooo it is full of artificial sweetners i used to drink that and give it to my kids now i will just make them some regular koolaid a few times a week with sugar its better for ya than any of that artificial stuff. Anything that says sugar-free isnt what ya want because its full of that poison.
