You are not getting enough fats.

Try eatting 4 avocado’s a day, you will gain weight.

are you eating sprouts, wheat grass & blue/green algae? and you should try to lift weights 3 times a week, plus other exercises…check out Hippocrates Health Institute…I have toned muscles and eat raw food I weigh 180lbs and I still want to lose more weight…You have to make sure your eating a PROPER raw food diet because raw food will automatically balance your weight either to gain more or lose more…read around, perhaps your not eating the right way… anyways hope that helps…

I do raw food mostly for my skin, I dont want to lose weight at all but my weight keep droping. I don’t know what to do :( I started with 100 pounds, 5’6, now i’m below 100) I’m afraid. I eat nuts, greens, and fruit everyday. Why is that? I look like a skeleton now.

Animals also have no medicine, die in droves and rape each other. Oh and ducks like to practice Necrophilia! Why don’t you stop using the naturalistic fallacy

Very good advice, Im starting the raw food lifestyle too. Your story has inspired many of us who want to be healthy again. Thank you

You would be eating a lot of steaks then cause the enjoyment of eating that never seems to last long enough.

bjemadi1 November 23, 2009 at 4:02 PM

curious why you even come to these sites, being so negative. you ought to seek out what you enjoy and direct your attention there…. no need for rudeness, nor negativity

Icecoldhard November 23, 2009 at 4:29 PM

Ohh boo hooo you have hurt my feelings.
I guess now all that is left is for me to fill the bath with water, swallow a shit load of pills and plug in a toaster ready to fall in the bath, while I cut my wrists, all at the same time. Is that original enough for you mate? You raw food people are creepy with your wholesomeness and smugness. Sorry, I don’t buy into your philosophy.

surferray69 November 23, 2009 at 5:17 PM

wow your so original.

Icecoldhard November 23, 2009 at 6:17 PM

Give me a nice fat steak and burn it. something has to kill you one day, so why not enjoy it while it lasts.

cmk1964 November 23, 2009 at 9:20 PM

cmk1964 November 23, 2009 at 9:52 PM

Good for you. Well done. You look really great.

TheSustainMe November 23, 2009 at 10:05 PM

This is amazing. I hope to stay on a raw food diet.

HowToExpo November 23, 2009 at 10:11 PM

This is very inspiring. I’ve started a whole line of healthy recipes that some of you might love. One thing though I use lots of olive oil which is very good but if you’re trying to loose weight might want to use less than what I do in my videos.

dajukas November 23, 2009 at 10:39 PM

I guess the at the worst case scenario – you can go back to old eating habits in a DAY. Though who would like to poison themselves after experienceing whats the quality of life on a “clean” food.

RawAmber November 23, 2009 at 11:38 PM

Not true! Raw food is fast! One thing I’ve done is I just started making green smoothies and that’s what I have for breakfast. Usually I’m in a hurry at lunch time so I just come home and make another smoothie. Then I make something yummy for dinner. It hasn’t even been a week, and my stomach is flattening quite obviously. It’s amazing. With green smoothies you get your protein, iron, calcium, etc, and yummy fruit all in a glass. :)

i am not fully to the point of raw vegan, but who would just jump into that anyway? i love fish, so that’s the only thing i will not be giving up on. but i started doing the raw lifestyle and i LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! i feel better, i am looking better. it’s just better! i lost 90 pounds on my own, with eating better and exercising daily, but i wanted to do something better inside as well. i am just learning to do things raw now. eventually i will be 100%. so far i would say i am 80 to 90%!!
