thanks for the advice…..im trying to lose weight and i work at starbucks…when i started i craved everything!!!!1 but when i went on my diet its like i dont really WANT that triple choclate chunk cookie anymore or that bread bowl pasta or anything like that….when you start with smaller portions you start getting full off of them after a while…..you just have to believe in yourself.

this is what she’s saying – you’re feeling full of food but your organs etc are starving in that they arent recieving the nutrients you’re meant to get from food

I still live with my parents because I’m a teenager. I’m very, very short for my age and weight; there for I look overweight but my fat percentage is in a healthy weight zone for me… But RIGHT there at the highest it can go. My mom does the grocery shopping and the cooking. So we don’t have like any healthy foods and I’ve decided to loose weight. Can you give me some more details about what your talking about?

PandaLuvrz November 24, 2009 at 5:01 AM

U r so good at this :’D

I started eating fruits every couple of hours, I would say grazing on healthy food can also curve your appetite as well as keep your metabolism up. Also, I recently purchased some high quality weight protein isolate and the last two times I was “starving” I had a serving and it has seemed to curve my appetite greatly, I would say it is also a good I idea for those dieting who don’t get a lot of protein in their diets…

It’s because of an additive called MSG.

TDLakaDavidLover November 24, 2009 at 7:13 AM

schfifteh November 24, 2009 at 7:40 AM

She looks like she could be Patrick Swayze’s daughter….

ninomiya November 24, 2009 at 8:25 AM

this is completely true. i saw another video on youtube of an obese woman who was diagnosed by doctors as suffering from malnutrition, because everything she ate was full of empty calories but devoid of nutrition – the vitamins and minerals your body needs to function well.

HairVSWeight November 24, 2009 at 9:09 AM

I dont agree, you need exercise.

HairVSWeight November 24, 2009 at 9:59 AM

Kinda remind me of MJ when you said ” make you feel good” haha RIP MJ

HairVSWeight November 24, 2009 at 10:10 AM

I fine you look & act like Phoebe off Friends:)

I’m just wondering why you named it “Women’s Weight Loss”, does this mean ME being a male, can not do this?

sophisticatedwatever November 24, 2009 at 10:36 AM

OMG. well-said :)

FixMeThin7 November 24, 2009 at 11:24 AM

That’s not necessarily true. Sometimes you just want french fries because your brain remembers a time when you had french fries and it made you feel good.

sabyn30 November 24, 2009 at 11:35 AM

I’m only thirteen.
Honestly, I’m not fat.
But I’m unhealthy.
THIS is fantastic.

leeds2 November 24, 2009 at 11:46 AM

You’re fantastic! You’re explanations are well simplified and extremely lucid. Impressive!!! Thank you!
