Another great video, which I have shared on my Youtube page.

Everyone says “just” move more and eat less. But they are all the naturally slim people. No morbidly obese person ever says that, nor would anyone who was once morbidly obese. So why do all the skinnies keep expecting it to work?

Sean, I know that Americans as a nation are exercising more than ever before, but maybe these are the ones that aren’t fat?

HealthQuestion
Not exactly exclusively Jamaican style, more like agrarianism. Nor would I ever pass up an opportunity to live like a Jamaican in Jamaica, where sunrise and sunset is the only instrument of time one needs.

Yes the book is available at book stores. I got one myself. I forgot which store. It has been a while since I bought it.

HealthQuestion November 27, 2009 at 12:28 AM

Or move to an underdeveloped area, grow your own food .walk around your plantations and eat it at the spot. Jamaican style.

I was at work today in Massachusetts and somebody mentioned you…Small world! We were discussing your 80/20 rule and trying to calculate your theory when we should’ve been working. We came to the conclusion that you round up from 75 and round down from 25.

Powerful stuff

ilkkavu November 27, 2009 at 3:17 AM

but it IS still more.

low calories lose weight IF you can actually do it, but it’s still not a healthy way of losing weight.

ilkkavu November 27, 2009 at 3:37 AM

if you eat 500-1000 calories you loose weight.
the reason you don’t lose weight is, that you really can’t eat so low calories without actually being in the nazi camp.

BurnElectric November 27, 2009 at 3:52 AM

There were no HEALTHY people either, were they? They were fed low quality food, put to forced labour all day, kept in the worst conditions. Besides the fact that they lost all the fat, they also lost all their muscle mass, and their life :) )

kadavy November 27, 2009 at 4:50 AM

Here’s what I’m *thinking* the explanation could be: 1) people he was talking to you were either misreporting, or plain lying, or 2) trying to make the obese not feel so bad so he can sell more coaching packages.

I’m not saying that’s the case, but that’s my impression – until I hear otherwise.

swivelingchairguy November 27, 2009 at 5:39 AM

yes i would like a response on this matter too.

kadavy November 27, 2009 at 6:25 AM

Out of curiosity, do you have any thoughts about why there were no obese people in Nazi prison camps?

JFHEALTHYandFit November 27, 2009 at 7:17 AM

Why did I have to confirm my bday in order 2 view this haha. And why does YT say, “This video may not be suitable for minors.”

Aegialeus November 27, 2009 at 8:01 AM

@lavanguardiadelsol

Not eat a neanderthal, but eat like a neanderthal means to avoid processed or refined food of any kind. Eat hunter gather type of food.

ejc5105 November 27, 2009 at 8:49 AM
