purified water would be great!

XbitternessXbarbieX November 28, 2009 at 7:43 AM

Would purified water work instead of the coconut water?
I am allergic to coconut :(
Or what would be another alternative?

why is your diet so low in fat? and I mean healthy fat. I ask because you eat only raw fruits and vegetables, and I do not see you using whole grains in your recipes, so why be so limited with olive oil and avocado, and nuts?

AdiShakti62 November 28, 2009 at 1:45 PM

Now, Dan, maybe some folks haven’t seen you before and might get the wrong idea, dude!!!
