No, you eat your desired weight times 10. I personally feel that 1000 calories a day is not quite enough for an average sized adult. Most people probably shouldn’t eat fewer than 1200 calories a day for an extended period of time. There is scientific data on this. Just google it.
Hahaha ok I thought so. I’m doing better now with my diet though. I don’t eat that much junk food at all, and I rarely drink, which I was trying to cut down on anyways.
no no no if you ate that many calories a day you would gain weight unless you are doing extreme exercise. im 194LBS and i eat less than 1000 calories a day. i have shrank my stomach so that i cant eat alot. im loosing weight every week. at
leaset 5 lbs a week. i eat lean meat and veggies. 100% juices and low fat dariy
very little sugar, carbs and no alcohol. my mom lost 40lbs in 10 weeks doing the same thing.

9lbs in one week sounds incredibly dangerous.
What if you’re overweight though? I weigh 225 lbs, so does that mean I should eat 2250 calories?
