There are such things as bad combinations that make up drugs and thats what drugs are. Bad combinations; intentionally! While lead and mercury are natural and some of the radioactive elements from the periodic table that doesnt mean you should ingest them lmao

This is interesting. I have that. Where I get a boost of energy at night time. I feel fantastic at night time and then I fall asleep in the morning.

BellyBeGoneDiva November 29, 2009 at 10:54 PM

Great video! Could it be diet that causes sleep deprivation?

People obviously don’t understand what “natural” means. Anything from a pharmaceutical company, is, natural. All the chemicals come from the periodic table of elements, therefore it’s natural.

try extra-virgin organic coconut oil. i’ll make you lose weight. also to help sleep try valerian; a herb that works like the medication valium, but not addictive. before taking valerian make check to see if you are taking any medication, if you are check with your doc if making the switch from the meds to valerian. if you anit takin meds still check to make sure valerian is sutible for you. and drink half your body weight of water’ ask your doc. peace. please ask your DOC!

haha – you forget, I have ptsd, which means I can just freak out and take a bunch of people with me – starting with you :) – oh, and if I decide not to kill myself; I can just claim temporary insanity and be out in 3 – 5 years anyway

You probably present good health information and as your careful not to blame ambien, doesn’t “think outside the pill bottle” suggest at least a little that a natural fix is better. If ambiens slogan was “better than nature” people would have a problem. It shouldn’t be assumed a pill fix is automatically bad but where your respectful in this video, implying natural equals healthier feeds a culture that isn’t.

Sean, doctors don’t know what they’re doing. I went to so many different guys for second opinions… because I always feel tired or weak. Mentally and physically! Apparently, I have depression, anxiety, low blood pressure, low sugar consumption (I’m ketogenic), and blood tests show levels of iron, b12 and the works to be in the bottom of the ‘healthy range bracket’.

Not ONE of them, not ONE has ever asked me about my adrenal glands. Those old farts! Am I surprised?

NO!

This is an informative video…I’ll have 2 look into some of this myself. Once i stopped working out ( @ nite) it seems like i had insomnia. Now im back 2 working out & feeling grrrrrrr8!

TheBadAssCanadian November 30, 2009 at 6:09 AM

There’s a difference between waking up hot from too many blankets and “night sweats”. Night sweats, that happen often, are what he’s talking about

piratebri November 30, 2009 at 6:24 AM

Couldn’t you just be sweaty/hot if you have too many blankets on? Sometimes people go to sleep feeling cold (they take off most of their clothes before going to bed), so use 1-2 blankets. While they sleep, their body heat accumulates under the blankets and makes their body warmer. Eventually it could lead to the point where you do sweat or feel very hot, and wake up to remove a blanket or two. Happens to a lot of people I would think. Wouldn’t a parasite infestation carry more symptoms?
