i used to weeigh in the 210′s too .
one year ago . and now i’m 154 .
i’m fifteen .
and i’d do anything just to lose 20 more pounds .
any advice ?
Amazing transformation. You are a beautiful princess. Just be sure as you go lower that 120 is a realistic goal. Your setpoint may be different.
Your body will not be happy to go below your setpoint.

to lose weight and to stay focused and motivated has always been very difficult for me , cindy you have shown that it can be done I always struggle with the same 15lbs (girl its been a a vicious cycle lol) tonite i am going to try and watch all your videos and hopefully get rid of this wt once and for all , by the way’ i saw you on tv yesterday , congratulations on your weght loss , you are amazing

Keep on top of ur excersize, DONT GIVE UP! I just joined weight watchers the 21st of October “09″ but prior to that I was wkn out for at least 40 minutes a day keeping track on my WII Fit and have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I have never lost any weight ever, so im excited. this is my first diet, and i want it to be my only! 1st time im serious bout this! YOU CAN DO IT HON! DONT GIVE UP!! REACH THAT GOAL AND SLAP THE STUFF OUT OF IT!!! lol
i started by doing 30 minutes to an hour of walking in the mornings before work. then i started baking all of my fave foods, like oven fries, and oven fried chicken. i lost 15lbs in a little over a month!

thats great! im still trying to figure out how to lose. i am a vegetarian and eat very little and have been walking and riding bike 30 min a day. im actually FATTER and more tired after 2 months. go figure
but nobody is so small that 80lbs would be normal!
I think you and I have the same body type which is harder to lose weight cause it’s mostly in the midsection. This inspires me to go for it.
