My research: Why is appetite control less effective in the evening?

by on 2010/02/05

The theory of evening inactivity may be partially accurate but it is flawed. People who are active in the evenings can experience the same uncontrollable urges to eat as those who are less active.

I'm not interested in diet help. I want your theories on what causes night time overeating, and they don't have to be scientific.
Thanks.

by the end of the day your body is natrually exausted.so if ur inactive it could just be boredum.if your active its your body trying to keep you standing

honestly, i think people try to “watch ” what they eat for breakfast and lunch, most skipping out on breakfast, and by the end of the day your body is starving and you just want food, you burned off way more during the day than you took in b/c most active people just eat small and want to watch what they eat at the same time so they tend to eat less on the run rather than a good big healthy meal 3-5 times a day

thats my opinion =)
