These are really great tasting bars. If you have sugar alcohol problems do not eat too many in one day.

I enjoy them as a low calorie- [140cal per bar] – snack. 10G protein too.

These bars are delicious and we love to have them in house all the time to share with others also.

I love almost all of South Beach’s cereal bars — the Cinnamon Raisin is at the top of my list [and I don't like raisins] — I think there’s something about the tang of the cinnamon that helps quench both the taste of the raisins AND makes me feel very full very quickly. The portability is probably its greatest asset — where you go, the SB bars can go too. I always keep a box or two in the bedroom for when I’m not feeling well, and the frigid northeast tends to make people like me ill for much of our overly long winter.

What bothers me, however, is the price Amazon is charging for these bars. I can go to any Hannaford supermarket and get a 4-pack for $10 — the current price is 2/$5, not over $16!

Perhaps Amazon should take a closer look at the price it’s charging for this product. I expected to find a BARGAIN on Amazon, not being charged roughly 66% MORE than I’m charged at Hannaford.

These are one of my favorite bars, fair protein level, not too many carbs. Buying online was less expensive than in the health food store.

These bars are tasty and low calorie, but beware… the “New” bars with the orange “Protein Fit” label are really lower in protein than the bars they replaced. These new bars have 8 grams of protein (15% of Daily Value) and the old bars had 10 grams (20%). Pretty sneaky! Not a huge difference, but very disappointing. That’s probaby why the box says “NEW LOWER PRICE.” They can afford to do that since they cut out some of the protein!
