This bar tastes good. It fits right into my diet plan at only 180 calories per bar with 20 grams of protein, 19 grams carbohydrates and only 2.5 grams of fat. Most of the time, I eat half a bar as an in between meal snack. This way I get that little boost of energy and stay away from the candy machine at work. I save a ton of money this way too. But most of all, I like the mint taste.
