no pill just work!
No over the counter pill, believe me. Your MD may help if you are morbidly obese (morbidly means deathly overweight).
Stick to about 1500 cal/day. And it would be easy to do if you follow the following:
Otherwise, you control your own appetite by eating the right foods. You don’t need to go hungry to change your way of eating. You stop eating sugar altogether. Eat sugar-free and sweetener(Splenda). Diet sodas.
You eat only low fat/no fat dairy and dressings. Fat does absolutely nothing for you except put on fat. Your body does not need it. Absolutely NO fried foods. The oil is absorbed into the food and the calories attached to fats of any kind is double that of any other foods!. Limit red meat of all kinds. There is much hidden fat in red meats. Pork, believe it or not, is quite lean if you trim off any obvious fat. Broiled or baked is great!
No fast foods (the calories and fats are unbelievable)….no pizzas, chips, etc…..fats will get ya!
Eat tons and tons and tons of veggies any way you like them. Raw, boiled, stir fried (with cooking spray only), combined with chicken and/or mushroom soups for sauces/gravys. Stay away from the “dried beans (black eye’s peas, green peas, baked beans, lima beans, corn. If it has a “dry” texture when you eat it, it is loaded with carbs!!!! and calories!!!!!
Use only skinless chicken breast meat. The skin of the chicken is loaded with fat!!!!
Eat lots and lots of fish. Chicken/fish all broiled or baked, microwaved, etc with many different seasonings and sauces again made from soups.
Put out a plate of missed raw veggies and fat free ranch dressing for a dip and as you pass by, grab a veggie and munch as you go about your daily routine.
Sit on your hands. It’s the hand to mouth exercise we could all do less of.
Increase your exercise if it is only increase your walking per day. More if you can do it. Anything you do daily over an above your daily routine will burn calories. What you don’t burn will be stored as fat on the body.
Limit your carbs to one serving per meal. If it is white, it is a carb. If it is bread of any color it is a carb. If it is made from any flour at all, it is a carb. Don’t double up on them. If you don’t burn them off, they turn to sugar in your body and then is stored as fat.
If you stay full, you should never need an appetite control pill.
Get off the couch. Get busy. Have no time on your hands to think about what you want to eat next.
