Do you waste money on nasty diet programs and are you truly happy with them?

Weight watchers, jenny craig.... People can get fresh fruit and veggies, but they would rather spend tons of money on these diet programs...; Obviously they do not work, look at Kirsty Alley she is bigger than she was before she started that thing.
I look at it like this.. the key word in diet is "die"

I never have.

I’m not fat, but I have a *bit* too much weight in certain places, and I would like to lose maybe 8 kg of it. However, I intend to do that by working out and eating healthy food. Not by dieting.

I’ve done the Curves thing, and I’ve done some other things.
My main problem in the exercise. I just don’t do it enough, and at the end… it’s because i’m a lazy person.
I can be honest.

its not as simple as just eating fruits and veggies…

i went to weight watchers back in ’04 when i was 16// i went for 2 months and i did not waste any money because it worked! i was a bit overweight and i lost it and haven;t been overweight since then. all together throughout the years i’ve lost about 25lbs thanks to weight watchers so again not a waste of money.

I don’t do diets. I’m fat, I accept it and I am working on it. The only diet that will ever work is the one that you come up with yourself and can stick to forever. The people who use Jenny Craig just haven’t realized that yet, but at least they have acknowledged that a change is needed. Thats a start.
