I tried these pills for the first time and I feel that I won’t be ordering anymore. They just made me sick to my stomach and very shakey and irritable. I just couldn’t function when I was taking them. They cut my appetite but not for very long. It seems the nervousness lasted much longer than the not feeling hungry. I definitely won’t be reordering these again.

I thought the product contained Ephedra Extract as does the original. It is Ephedra-free so I wasn’t particularly satisifed with the product or its effects.

I’ve used this for an entire year and helped me drop down from a size 14 to a size 6. I am not kidding. I’ve heard people complain about it making them jittery, in my opinion, it just gave me a lot of energy. I recommend you take this with food (A full meal) so it will not give you “the jitters”. It gave me enough energy to walk half a mile, do a 3 hour dance rehearsal and I still had enough energy left before the day was over. I advice people who take this to drink lots of water. When I take this, my mouth feels dry so drinking a lot of water helps. And don’t forget to exercise or at least walk for 15 minutes a day.

Dosage:
Take 1-2 Tablets in the morning and 1 tablet after lunch. Do not exceed 4 tablets daily.
