I have to kids under 3 so im trying to loose some baby fat. But i can not control my hungre at all i need some good idvice on to portion control and not eat 24/7
I wanna know how you control your appetite please?

Your body is not getting the right nutrients form what you at so yout body makes you hungry until you finally eat the right thing.
Its not just about vitamins ither.
Eat a bowl of oatmeal and get some good protein and you will find yourself full and satisfied.
I’m the same way at times, but I’ll just drink a glass of water. Most of the time when you think your hungry you’re actually just needing water. I’ve been drinking my 64oz of water everyday and it helps me control my appetite to an extent. Also when you feel the urge to eat if you go for a 10 minute walk, you’ll come home and not feel hungry. Try it, works for me! and No Excuses, I have 3 kids and can do it, so, so can you!!!! Good luck! hope this helps you too!!
You need to set yourself up with a time in the day that you will stop eating. And eat a certain amount and not too much. Even if you have a certain time to eat, some people still try to eat more before the time is over. Eat a good amount of vegetables and don’t eat a whole lot of meat. Say if you cook chicken, get about 3 or 4 wings. After that, don’t go back for seconds. If you want seconds, go eat some more vegetables or some type of fruit. I don’t eat after 6:00p.m. Sometimes I will if I come home from school late but its not all the time. I am sure you will be fine. It’s just that sometimes people eat a lot when they don’t have nothing to do or if they are depressed
If you find yourself hungry all the time, you need to look at the types of food that you are eating. Some foods don’t satisfy your hunger. So, you should eat fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grain breads, lean meats. Not only do these help you lose weight, becuase they are lower in calories, they also make you feel full. It really does work.
