Yeah I think what she was getting at there is if you say you’ll “try” then that’s just another verbal excuse. Instead live in the specific moment and do your action then. Don’t think about how you’ll have to do the same action every day forever or the actions you’ll make next week, create a goal and then move toward it that day, that moment until your there. The way I do this is I create a long-term goal then break it up into a daily/weekly objective. It keeps you from feeling overwhelmed.
