To know how many calories a day you need to maintain a certain weight, multiply the weight you need/want to be by 10. That’s the secret. It works every time. If you go over, you will weight that. If you go under you will weigh that too. If I ate 1200 a day, I would weigh 120. within a few months. That’s not good for my small frame. I eat about 1000 a day and weigh 100. That’s the bottom line.

im only 5’1 and I need to lose 20 lbs. when i consume 1200 calories a day I dont lose any weight. It has to bea little lower than 1200 calories. Im moderately active – I walk around the neighborhood 2x a day + everyday normal activities household chores. I think every BODY is different. I wont lose any single pound on a 1200 calorie a day diet. For me i think to maintain my weight i only need to consume1200 calories

I agree with you kayyikes! It goes too fast for me also. Other people seem to like it fast but the next video I make will be slower if it has text.
