… Like a slightly chalky Tang-type drink. But that is a good thing. So the taste is fine, could be fortified with some vitamins and minerals – that would have helped. A recommended 250 gram serving was a bit much for me (920 calories) … so I am using @ 160 grams which comes out to around 600 calories, 32 grams protein & 3 grams fat.
This above mix satisfied a “hungry man” better than all these 100 calorie whey proteins on the market.
